Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Promotions, discounts and availability may change or end according to their stated conditions. An obvious pricing or listing error may be corrected before an order is accepted.

An order confirmation received from the website records the request but does not guarantee dispatch. We may verify customer details, stock and payment, and may decline or cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, unavailable stock, incorrect information, pricing error or service limitations. Any collected amount for a cancelled order will be handled appropriately.

Customers must use an available approved payment method and provide accurate information. Cash on Delivery orders may require call or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch. Payment must be made according to the amount and instructions confirmed for the order.

Delivery estimates, courier handling, failed attempts and tracking are governed by our Shipping Policy. Eligible wrong, damaged or defective product claims are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable law. These policies form part of these terms.

You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, interfere with checkout, submit false orders, impersonate another person, scrape content without permission or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Falconix Mart branding, original website content, graphics and design elements may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. If you submit reviews, images or feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and that they are not unlawful or misleading.

The store may rely on or link to Shopify, couriers, payment services, tracking tools and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Falconix Mart is not responsible for third-party websites that it does not control.

We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses reasonably connected to the affected order or service. Nothing in these terms limits liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
